Carlos Eduardo Morreo is a writer, editor, and organiser living in Naarm/Melbourne and is the Executive Officer of the Institute of Postcolonial Studies.
He is active in campaigns around Palestine and Latin American solidarity and is the current editor of Green Agenda and the former executive officer of the Institute of Postcolonial Studies
Originally from Venezuela, Carlos was a Research Fellow with the Centro de Estudios Latinoamericanos “Rómulo Gallegos” (Fundación Celarg), and a lecturer in social theory at the Universidad Central de Venezuela, in political philosophy at the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello, and also taught within the political economy program in the newly created and pedagogically experimental Universidad Bolivariana de Venezuela.
